Job summary

Version 1 is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex technology and transformation projects for multinational clients. You will confirm scope, create detailed plans, manage governance, and lead a cross-functional team through delivery with a focus on compliance, SDLC, and fixed-price engagements.

The role requires 8–10 years of PM experience, strong stakeholder management, excellent English, and active SC clearance.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of project management experience.
• Experience in Business / Compliance / Process delivery.
• Familiar with implementing strong process control or compliance.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• PRINCE2 or PMP certified and practical experience.
• Budget management, commercial and Customer experience.
• Full SDLC experience.
• Excellent team motivator.
• Proven track record delivering fixed price engagements.
• Experience using MS Project, Excel, Word and Visio.
• Excellent organization and communication skills.
• Excellent command of English.
• Strong interest in developing PM Capability solutions and methodologies.
• Candidates must have active SC Clearance

Responsibilities

• Working with the Project Owner/Sponsor / Scrum Master to confirm project scope, goals and business justification.
• Preparing a detailed project work-plan with resource requirement profile.
• Undertaking RAID analysis and establishing governance structures.
• Creating, maintaining, and updating a PID, Plans and Status Reports.
• Leading, monitoring, and maintaining progress of the project plan.
• Controlling and reporting progress to governance bodies and escalating issues.
• Assessing risks and maintaining risk/issue logs and contingency plans.
• Defining an effective communication strategy for the project.
• Identifying inter-dependencies to ensure alignment and risk mitigation.
• Identifying process gaps and implementing necessary business process and compliance documentation.
