Job summary

ed Resourcing Ltd is seeking a Senior Network & Infrastructure Lead Engineer for a permanent, full-time post based in London. This hybrid role places you as the technical authority for a business-critical enterprise network and Nutanix estate.

You will direct architecture, engineering, troubleshooting and resilience across a large distributed environment, working with vendors, MSPs and partners to deliver reliable infrastructure.

Qualifications

• 8+ years' experience in enterprise infrastructure and networking.
• Hands-on enterprise network engineering experience.
• Extensive experience administering Nutanix environments (AHV, Prism Central/Element).
• Strong networking knowledge covering TCP/IP, routing, switching and VLANs; OSPF and BGP.
• Experience with SD-WAN, firewalls and VPN technologies.
• Experience leading technical resolution during major incidents.
• Ability to review designs and implement resilient, highly available networks.

Responsibilities

• Take technical ownership of enterprise network services across LAN, WAN, wireless and remote connectivity.
• Design, implement and support resilient network solutions for a large multi-site environment.
• Lead troubleshooting of complex network and connectivity issues.
• Direct Nutanix infrastructure management across AHV and Prism platforms.
• Collaborate with vendors, MSPs and partners to resolve issues.
• Define and maintain technical standards, runbooks and improvement actions.
