Job summary

Rensora AI is seeking an Enterprise Modernization Lead to own end-to-end modernization programs for major organizations. You will partner with C-suite and enterprise architects to assess legacy portfolios, design migration strategies, and orchestrate transformations from mainframes and on-premises systems to cloud-native architectures.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in enterprise modernization, digital transformation, or IT consulting with lead role
• Deep hands-on experience with legacy technologies and multi-year transformation programs
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and cloud-native patterns
• Experience with change management and organizational transformation in large enterprises
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive sponsorship alignment

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end modernization engagements from assessment to migration and optimization
• Audit legacy systems across mainframe, midrange, and monolithic estates
• Design migration strategies with clear rationale, risk analysis and business cases
• Build modernization roadmaps and business cases for C-suite and boards
• Manage cross-functional delivery teams including engineers, architects, and client leads
• Promote adoption of ModernZ AI platform for code analysis and migration planning
• Establish governance for large migrations including change management and rollback planning
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to modernization methodology
