Job summary

Qualifications

• 10+ years in software engineering, platform delivery, or technical consulting.
• 3+ years in SME or senior technical advisory role within Enterprise Systems Modernization.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field.
• Certifications in relevant platforms, tools, or frameworks for the Enterprise Systems Modernization domain.
• Experience contributing to internal accelerators, open-source projects, or client-aligned IP development.

Responsibilities

• Provides technical guidance on Enterprise Systems Modernization.
• Supports delivery teams in solving complex client problems.
• Contributes to solution design, proposals, and pre-sales activities.
• Develops and refines service accelerators and reference architectures.
• Mentors engineers and architects within the service domain.
• Acts as a bridge between delivery teams and global service development.
• Measures success by technical quality, asset adoption, and talent uplift.
