EPAM Systems Inc is seeking a Senior Solution Architect in London, hybrid role, to bridge client needs with modern cloud environments and legacy modernization. You will lead architectural decisions, prototype designs, and governance across engagements while mentoring teams and shaping RFP responses.

The role demands hands-on cloud experience (AWS, Azure, GCP), strong communication with executives, and a track record of delivering enterprise systems in a consulting setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proven solution architecture experience in senior/lead capacity, ideally in consulting.
• Track record delivering complex, enterprise-grade systems into production.
• Hands-on knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure or GCP), modern APIs, integration patterns and Data/AI architecture.
• Ability to define, address and audit non-functional requirements such as security, resilience, scalability and operational performance.

Responsabilités

• Translate business goals into robust solution designs and achievable delivery plans across client engagements.
• Own architectural decisions from discovery to go-live, including design, testing and implementation.
• Evaluate options and articulate trade-offs around cost, complexity, security and maintainability.
• Hands-on work with engineering teams to validate designs via prototypes and POCs.
• Guide cloud adoption and modernisation of legacy systems.
• Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders; provide governance and design reviews.
