Job summary

Zip seeks a Solutions Director to lead our most complex, global enterprise deployments. You will partner with C-suite stakeholders, define scalable delivery playbooks, and mentor a team of Implementation Managers and Solutions Architects to mature our services practice.

You will align product and delivery strategy with Sales and Engineering, drive governance, risk mitigation, and high CSAT while shaping the enterprise roadmap for procurement-focused solutions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in enterprise software implementation or related leadership roles.
• Proven track record overseeing complex multi-workstream deployments.
• Experience scaling professional services teams and defining KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Lead Our Most Complex Projects: act as executive sponsor for strategic deployments.
• Define Implementation Strategy & Playbooks to standardize delivery.
• Drive Leadership Development through mentoring senior managers and architects.
• Cross-Functional Executive Alignment with Sales, Product, and Engineering.
• Establish Governance & Quality Standards for CSAT and NRR.
