Job summary
La Fosse is partnering with a growing technology business in Manchester to recruit a Lead Implementation Manager. You will own delivery of complex software implementations for enterprise clients from kick-off to go-live and adoption, acting as the central point of accountability.
In this senior, client-facing role, you will manage multi-stakeholder engagements across Product, Engineering and Delivery, with a focus on governance, risk management and successful outcomes for regulated environments.
Qualifications
- Experience owning complex end-to-end software implementations.
- Strong ability to influence senior business and technical stakeholders.
- Proven collaboration with Product, Engineering and Delivery teams.
- Expertise in governance, planning, risk and dependency management.
- Knowledge of APIs, integrations and enterprise software delivery.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end software implementations across enterprise clients.
- Manage deployment, testing, release, adoption and transition to support.
- Build and manage delivery plans, governance, RAID logs and risk management.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering to resolve technical challenges.
- Lead stakeholder engagement from users to C-suite sponsors.
- Provide clear executive-level reporting, updates and recommendations.
