Co-op is reshaping its Digital, Technology and Data function and seeks a Principal Enterprise Architect to shape technology strategy across the organisation. You’ll connect business goals with technology investments, influence major technology decisions and ensure changes deliver value for colleagues, members and customers.

You’ll partner with senior leaders to develop architecture strategy, roadmaps and governance and will lead enterprise-wide initiatives to simplify platforms and improve

Formación

• Significant experience in an enterprise architecture role within a large, complex organisation.
• Strong strategic, analytical and architectural thinking, balancing business and tech priorities.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication across senior leaders.
• Experience developing governance, standards, frameworks and assurance processes.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain enterprise architecture strategies and roadmaps aligned to business priorities.
• Set architecture principles, standards, governance frameworks and guardrails for decision-making across domains.
• Collaborate with Product Line Architects and Engineering to shape target architectures and roadmaps.
• Provide guidance on major technology decisions to ensure alignment with strategy.
• Build relationships with senior leaders to translate needs into technology outcomes.
• Lead analysis of emerging technologies and market trends to identify opportunities and risks.
• Coach, mentor and develop architects to grow capability and deliver measurable value.
