Job summary

Plymouth Community Homes is seeking a Principal Enterprise Architect to lead enterprise-wide architecture, shape the technology landscape and support transformational programmes. You will translate strategic ambitions into practical, achievable outcomes while ensuring secure, integrated and sustainable technology investments.

You will develop architecture principles, standards and capability models, providing governance across major programmes and driving innovation, modernisation and smarter

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Enterprise Architect or Senior Architect.
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and translate strategy into outcomes.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks, standards and roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Define and mature enterprise architecture function, governance and standards.
• Develop roadmaps aligned to strategy and transformation priorities.
• Provide strategic leadership across business, data, applications, security and technology.
• Advise on technology investments and operating models.
• Support large transformation programmes and digital innovation.
• Drive simplification and modernization across the technology estate.
• Ensure programmes deliver value for money and align with objectives.
• Shape cloud, AI, automation, cyber security and data platforms.
