Skipton Building Society is seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to shape how data, AI and technology enable future growth. You’ll connect strategy with data and AI capabilities across the organisation, designing target architectures and pragmatic roadmaps for change.

You’ll work across business and technology, collaborating with leaders, architects and engineers to embed governance and ensure customer outcomes drive technology choices. Hybrid working is available with in-office days.

Qualifikationen

• Significant experience in enterprise, data, solution or domain architecture within a complex organisation.
• Strong knowledge of data architecture, including information architecture, data platforms, integration, governance, analytics and data management.
• Developing or established understanding of AI architecture and its implications, with curiosity to keep evolving as tech advances.
• Broad technology knowledge beyond Data and AI, including cloud, applications and security.

Aufgaben

• Shape enterprise-wide Data and AI architecture, setting principles and target states.
• Connect business strategy and outcomes to data and AI capabilities.
• Create a coherent view of current vs. target architecture and develop practical transition roadmaps.
• Guide responsible adoption of emerging AI capabilities, including generative AI and intelligent automation.
• Collaborate across business, data, technology, security and change communities to integrate Data & AI decisions.
