Qualifications

• Hands-on with Equation Core Banking platform.
• Experience as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or Functional Consultant in FinTech.
• Strong understanding of core banking products, operations, and processes.
• Excellent stakeholder management and analytical thinking.

Responsibilities

• Assess enhancement requests and determine feasibility (config, dev, or new product).
• Define and shape new Core Banking capabilities.
• Collaborate with Product Management to influence strategy and roadmap.
• Support client issues with investigations and solution design.
• Produce high-quality functional specs, BRDs, and acceptance criteria.
• Lead AI-enabled transformation across teams to improve productivity.
