The role requires broad knowledge of cloud, data, integration, security and engineering practices, with strong communication to align senior stakeholders and drive roadmaps in a hybrid work setting.

Qualifications

• Significant experience as an Enterprise Architect or senior architecture role in regulated financial services or wealth management.
• Proven ability to shape target architectures and roadmaps across multiple capabilities and technology domains.
• Broad knowledge across applications, data, integration, cloud, security and engineering practices.
• Strong written and visual communication skills to turn complex architecture into concise decision material.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve enterprise target and transitional architectures across business capabilities, applications, data, integration, infrastructure, cloud, security and engineering.
• Translate strategy into architectural priorities and sequenced roadmaps guiding investment and delivery.
• Shape major programmes to ensure end-to-end delivery and avoid optimisation of silos.
• Define and maintain enterprise principles, standards and approved patterns for teams to apply.
• Drive rationalisation of duplicated capabilities and legacy technology with clear transition plans.
