Experis Scotland is recruiting an experienced Enterprise Architect to shape and drive the organisation’s long-term technology strategy within a regulated wealth and investment environment.

You will translate business strategy into clear roadmaps and provide architectural leadership across programmes, balancing immediate delivery with longer-term architectural objectives. Hybrid working 1–2 days in the office, with a strong focus on governance and high standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience defining enterprise architectures, target states and roadmaps across multiple business domains.
• Broad knowledge of applications, data, cloud, infrastructure and security.
• Experience shaping technology strategy and platform approaches.

Responsabilités

• Define and evolve enterprise target architectures and roadmaps.
• Translate business strategy into architectural priorities and investments.
• Provide architectural leadership across apps, data, integration, cloud and security.
• Drive technology rationalisation and consolidate platforms.
• Establish enterprise architecture standards and reusable patterns.
• Collaborate with engineering, cloud, data and security teams for compliant delivery.
• Influence senior stakeholders with clear, business-focused explanations.
• Evaluate strategic technology and vendor options for long-term value.
• Ensure governance allows rapid delivery with proper controls.
• Assess emerging tech, including AI, for business value.
