Qualifications

• Experience managing enterprise application portfolios in complex corporate environments.
• Knowledge of enterprise applications and SaaS environments.
• ITIL and service management best practices.
• Experience leading major incidents, problem management and service improvement initiatives.
• Strong supplier and vendor management experience.
• Knowledge of application security and operational controls.
• Experience working in regulated environments such as Financial Services or related sectors.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own application service performance, availability and operational resilience.
• Lead major incident, problem and change management activities.
• Manage strategic technology suppliers and service partners.
• Drive service improvements and reduce recurring issues.
• Ensure governance, risk management and audit compliance.
• Support application change, service transition and operational readiness activities.
• Provide reporting on service health, risks, costs and priorities.
• Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders across Finance, HR, Risk and Compliance functions.
• Lead and develop internal application support capability.
