Social Security Scotland is seeking a Senior Application Operations Engineer to join our Digital Services Branch. You will manage day-to-day operation of enterprise applications critical to delivering benefits and services to the people of Scotland.

In a complex environment, you will lead incident response, coordinate suppliers and teams, and drive improvements to reliability, security and performance across the application landscape.

Responsabilidades

• Lead incident and problem resolution activities to meet agreed SLAs.
• Coordinate support teams, technology specialists and suppliers.
• Investigate complex issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Review performance, capacity, security and operational efficiency.
