Job summary

Social Security Scotland is seeking a Lead Application Operations Engineer to provide technical leadership for the Case Management System (Cúram) and related batch services within the Digital Services Branch.

You will lead a hybrid team of in-house engineers and supplier analysts, drive incident triage and resolution, and work with stakeholders to ensure reliable service delivery and platform stability across 17 benefit products.
