The role involves incident and problem management, working with architects, suppliers and end users to resolve issues promptly while aligning with governance, security and performance targets.

Responsibilities

• Manage and operate enterprise applications to meet business requirements and service levels.
• Diagnose, prioritise and resolve incidents with ownership through to resolution.
• Investigate recurring issues, monitor trends and implement preventative measures.
• Collaborate with technical specialists and stakeholders to implement effective solutions.
• Monitor and optimise application performance, capacity and resource requirements.
