Job summary

Capsa, a fast-growing AI operating system company for private capital, is hiring a senior recruiter to land exceptional engineers across backend, fullstack, platform and AI roles. You will build and own multi-search campaigns, source engineers who aren’t applying, and drive a candidate-first process with CTO alignment.

You’ll partner with the CTO and Talent Lead, closing offers and shaping an enduring talent roadmap in London’s competitive market.

Qualifications

• Five+ years hiring senior software engineers at venture-backed startups or scale-ups.
• Proven outbound pipelines built from scratch and filled senior roles.
• Comfort discussing backend, distributed systems, infrastructure and AI/ML.
• Strong ability to persuade engineers not actively looking.
• Excellent knowledge of the London engineering talent landscape.

Responsibilities

• Drive live engineering hiring plans with multiple searches in parallel.
• Source engineers who aren’t applying through multi-channel outreach.
• Screen for technical depth, ownership and fit with teams.
• Partner with the CTO and hiring managers to calibrate profiles.
• Close offers, manage competing processes and counter-offers.
• Deliver reusable sourcing playbooks and Ashby workflow improvements.
