• Proven experience leading complex engineering projects.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience with multi-site/global teams and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Manage delivery of complex engineering projects within scope, time, and budget.
• Own project scope, schedules, budgets, risks and quality.
• Develop detailed project plans and WBS.
• Lead cross-functional teams to hit milestones and deliverables.
• Monitor progress, identify delays and resource needs.
• Maintain RAID logs and communicate with stakeholders.
• Provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders.
• Address changes with proper assessment and approvals; escalate when needed.
• Collaborate with international teams for successful delivery.
