You will partner with Product, Design and senior stakeholders to align roadmaps with business objectives while mentoring engineers to build scalable, reliable software and cultivate a strong engineering culture in a hybrid setup.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading engineering teams within high-growth SaaS businesses.
• Strong track record of delivering scalable software and driving engineering maturity.
• Excellent ability to partner with Product, Design and senior stakeholders.
