Collins Aerospace is seeking a Senior Engineering Manager for Passenger Verification in the Airports business to lead a multi-disciplinary team delivering SelfPass and VeriPax across airport journeys.

Based in Brighton with hybrid working, you will partner with Product, Architecture, Cyber Security and Cloud to translate roadmaps into credible plans, drive high-quality software releases, manage technical debt, and push secure, scalable passenger identity capabilities for global customers.

• Experience leading software engineering teams across full lifecycle.
• Proven track record delivering complex software products.
• Strong knowledge of cloud architectures and security practices.
• Ability to influence product strategy with engineering input.
