Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in software engineering with at least 5 in leadership.
• Proven experience delivering complex software projects.
• Strong expertise in architecture, design patterns, and modern languages.
• Deep knowledge of Agile (Scrum, Kanban) and CI/CD.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Hybrid work experience balancing on-site and remote teams.
• Bachelor's or Master's in CS/SE or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of software engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
• Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, from conception and design to implementation, testing, and deployment.
