Job summary

Trainline is seeking a Senior Engineering Manager to lead engineering within the Customer Growth pillar, overseeing multiple fullstack squads across web, backend and mobile. You will drive end-to-end delivery, align technical work with business outcomes, and collaborate with Product, Design, Data and Commercial.

You will foster a high-performing, inclusive culture, empower teams, and champion engineering best practices while maintaining focus on customer value and operational excellence.

• Lead multiple squads and Engineering Managers, coaching and evaluating performance.

• Partner with Product, Design, Data and Commercial to align delivery with business outcomes.
• Guide technical direction across fullstack web, backend and mobile squads.
