Key Responsibilities

1. Provide technology leadership, expertise, and guidance across all aspects of software development, including requirements, analysis, architecture, and planning.
2. Design technical solutions involving complex user interfaces, data operations, and process orchestration, demonstrating end-to-end index lifecycle understanding.
3. Develop and execute platform roadmaps to support key index business functions.
4. Architect and oversee development of front-end tools and back-end services.
5. Lead and manage a team of engineers skilled in Angular, Java, Python, and SQL, with strong AWS expertise.
6. Evaluate emerging technologies for process improvement and innovation, ensuring compliance with industry standards and security.
7. Collaborate with stakeholders to align technology solutions with business goals.
8. Manage project delivery, monitor progress, track performance metrics, and report to senior management.
