Are you an experienced Senior Engineering Manager with a passion for leading and inspiring high-performing engineering teams?
Thredd is looking for you to join our dynamic team and drive the delivery of innovative technology solutions in the fintech sector!

What You’ll Do:

• Leadership & Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of software engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback and coaching.
• Project Management: Plan, coordinate, and oversee engineering projects from conception to completion. Work closely with product management, design, and other stakeholders to prioritize and plan feature development and releases.
• Technical Oversight: Provide technical guidance in software design, coding, and deployment. Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices.
• Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in development processes, tools, and infrastructure. Implement CI/CD practices to enhance our delivery pipeline.

You will have:

• Excellent leadership and people management skills.
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies (FDD, Agile, Scrum).
• Experience with AWS cloud platforms and SDLC tools (e.g., Jira, Bitbucket).
