Job Title: Engineering Lead
Salary: £124,653 - £169,910 (depending on location)
Location: Edinburgh or London
Hours: Full-time
Working Pattern: Our work style is hybrid, involving at least two days per week (or 40%) at our London or Edinburgh office.

The Everyday Banking (EDB) Platform includes four core labs, responsible for end-to-end journeys for Banking and Savings products, delivering a market-leading customer experience via servicing Debit and Credit cards across multiple channels. Our agile teams are based in London, Manchester, Edinburgh, and Hyderabad, India.

What you’ll do
The Engineering Lead is a key leadership role responsible for setting team direction, fostering a successful environment, and ensuring effective delivery of technology change and operational activities. They collaborate closely with Product Owners to align technology considerations with business decisions.
