Qualifications

• Proven experience leading and developing engineering teams, driving performance, accountability, collaboration, and delivery outcomes.
• Strong technical background, able to contribute to design/architecture discussions and influence decisions.
• Experience managing end-to-end engineering delivery with planning, governance and execution.
• Ability to build relationships, provide status reporting, and present to executives.
• Experience driving process improvements, operational efficiencies, and innovation.
