About the Role

The post is for a Senior Engineer working in the Asset Management section based at the Asset Management Offices located at the Plaza of the Kingsway Tunnel.

This is a great opportunity to be a part of the team who maintain some of Liverpool City Region's key and historic assets such as Kingsway and Queensway tunnels and other key transport infrastructure across the region.

Reporting to the Principal Officer, the Senior Engineer will assist in delivering a business critical, integrated building engineering function, incorporating building fabric, services and facilities, across the wider LCRCA estate including Mann Island (Headquarters), bus stations, travel centres, ferry terminals, both Mersey Tunnels and the various other sites.

About the person

The ideal candidate would be a qualified engineer with experience of the construction industry, Health and Safety legislation, British Standards and awareness of Construction (Design and Management) Regulations (CDM 2015).

The ideal candidate must also be a team player with a ‘can do’ attitude who would align to our organisation's core behaviours of LCR First, Respect and Action Focus.

A full UK driving licence is a must for this role.
