Job summary
A prominent homebuilder in the UK is seeking a Senior Engineer in Leeds to support their Regional Technical team. The ideal candidate will manage technical operations, mentor junior team members, and ensure compliance with engineering standards. Qualifications
- A relevant qualification or strong experience in technical design and/or civil engineering.
- Knowledge of engineering requirements of the house building industry.
- Experience with planning & architectural design, and civil engineering design.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for feasibility studies and prepare site viability reports.
- Manage relationships with consultants and ensure timely information flow.
- Assist in establishing site management companies and ensure compliance with regulations.
