Context

A Senior Engineer, HSE is required to act as the execution phase HSE focal point for the decommissioning phase 2 project, supporting the ITT process and managing the production of regulatory documentation.

Main Responsibilities

The main responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Acting as the HSE focal point for the offshore decommissioning phase 2 project
• Reviewing decommissioning tenders and documentation
• Bid evaluation
• Interface with contractors
• Managing environmental contractors to support the production of EA
• Supporting safety case planning for the duty holder
• Supporting comparative assessments

Profile

• Experience working within offshore demolition/construction projects
• Experience with PLANC
• Contractor management skills
• Knowledge of CDM regulations
• BOSIET certification
• Experience with comparative assessments
• BSc in environmental or safety discipline or equivalent
