Context

A Senior Engineer, HSE is required to act as the execution phase HSE focal point on behalf of the client to ensure full regulatory compliance of contractors during decommissioning and installation through to commissioning.

Main Responsibilities

Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

1. HSE focal point for offshore decommissioning and installation execution
2. Review of decommissioning and installation design documentation and HSE reporting
3. Ensuring compliance with all permit commitments and conditions
4. Stakeholder engagement
5. Contractor interface management
6. Safety case planning support to duty holder

Profile

Ideal candidates will have experience working within an offshore demolition/construction project, including:

• PLANC experience
• EPC projects
• Offshore execution projects
• Site audits
• Stakeholder engagement
• Contractor management
• Safety case development
• CCS experience
• Environmental appraisal
• Decommissioning programme
• CDM regulations
• BOSIET certification

Educational qualifications should include:

• BSc in environmental or safety discipline or equivalent
