Job summary

WSP's Rail Engineering Services team seeks an enthusiastic Engineer/Senior Engineer – E&P – Fixed Plant to lead and support delivery across UK and international rail projects.

You will oversee Fixed Plant designs across all design lifecycle stages, provide technical guidance to internal disciplines and clients, and manage client relationships to achieve outcomes. Mentoring and potential CRE roles under NR/L2/INI/02009 are available.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering Fixed Plant design across lifecycle.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and priorities.
• Chartered status or working towards chartership with relevant institution.

Responsibilities

• Lead Fixed Plant within multi-disciplinary teams and resolve complex problems.
• Oversee development of Fixed Plant designs across all design stages.
• Provide technical guidance to internal disciplines and clients.
• Manage client and stakeholder relationships to achieve outcomes.
• Potential CRE roles per NR/L2/INI/02009.
• Mentor Early Career Professionals within the team.
