Job summary

TLG Infrastructure Limited is seeking a Senior Engineer to lead civil engineering and earthworks packages on nationwide projects in the UK. You will manage and mentor Site Engineers, review technical drawings, specifications, and ensure works align with the design and safety standards.

Strong communication and coordination with site and design teams are essential for delivering high-quality outcomes. The role requires delivering projects in line with programme, budget, and health and safety

Qualifications

Previous experience as a Senior Engineer in civil engineering and earthworks packages.
Experience with design and Civil 3D modelling.
Management and mentoring of Site Engineers.
Reviewing drawings, specifications and technical information to ensure works are delivered in accordance with the design.
Ensuring site engineering duties are being delivered by engineering team and supporting where required whilst ensuring quality of works.
Coordinating with site teams and the design team to resolve technical issues.
Ensuring works are delivered in line with programme, quality and health and safety requirements.
Monitoring progress and providing technical support to the site management team.

Responsibilities
