SRVO is a Chartered Surveying and Property Consultancy delivering building surveying and project services across the UK, serving commercial and residential sectors with a practical problem-solving approach. As Senior Engineer (MEP) you will set technical standards, lead design and delivery of robust, energy-efficient building services, and mentor junior engineers across mixed-use projects.

You will join a brand new team as a Senior Engineer, reporting directly to the MEP Director. This is a pivotal role where you will shape best practice, set technical standards and ensure the robust design, delivery and maintenance of building services across a diverse portfolio of projects. You will combine deep MEP engineering expertise with pragmatic problem solving, guiding colleagues and partners to deliver safe, compliant and sustainable MEP solutions. Working across both residential and commercial environments, you will be central to SRVO’s mission to transform the property landscape with technically sound, efficient and future-ready systems.
Most days you will lead workstreams from concept through delivery: scoping, surveying, designing, reviewing, and assuring quality against standards and regulations. You will coordinate closely with electrical and public health disciplines, contractors and client stakeholders, while mentoring junior engineers and embedding consistent processes in a growing team.
