You will shape how major infrastructure projects connect with communities, across transport, water, health, energy and environmental sectors, delivering thoughtful engagement built on best practice. Qualifications

• Experience delivering communications and stakeholder engagement on complex infrastructure projects, ideally within a consultancy environment.
• Degree‑qualified (or equivalent) with relevant experience in communications, engagement, or a related advisory role.
• Sector experience in transport, utilities, water, environment, or energy is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Deliver meaningful communication and engagement activity to help clients deliver infrastructure projects across the UK by drafting and delivering stakeholder engagement strategies.
• Write clear, understandable communications and manage design and print processes to explain projects and their impacts.
• Provide opportunities for questions and feedback through publishing communications, organizing events, and running surveys.
• Present feedback to help projects develop responsibly by interpreting data and reporting themes and issues.
• Support clients around the UK and internationally by providing communication and engagement advice and activities such as virtual consultation rooms, posters, banners and public maps, plus community events.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver effective communication and engagement activity.
• Manage projects ensuring timelines, budgets and resources meet client requirements.
