Job summary

OneTrust is seeking an Engagement Manager to act as the senior delivery sponsor for strategic, complex customer engagements. You will provide governance, executive alignment, and escalation leadership across large implementations, ensuring value delivery and controlled delivery risks.

You will collaborate with Project Managers, Customer Success, Services Sales and partners to keep delivery aligned with scope, capability and business outcomes, while not owning day-to-day execution.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in Professional Services, enterprise software delivery, or strategic consulting.
• Experience with complex enterprise customers in fast-moving delivery environments.
• Proven ability to lead executive conversations including C-suite audiences.
• Experience handling major escalations and driving recovery actions.
• Strong commercial judgement balancing value, risk, and margin.
• Excellent communication, influencing and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of governance translating business outcomes to delivery decisions.
• Experience collaborating with services, sales, customer success, product and partners.

Responsibilities

• Act as the senior delivery sponsor for strategic and complex customer engagements.
• Lead executive governance across assigned accounts, including Steering Committees and senior reviews.
• Identify risks early and drive clear actions to contain them.
• Lead escalations and support recovery planning on at-risk engagements.
• Provide continuity across Professional Services, expansion and renewal planning.
• Partner with Project Managers to support delivery decisions without owning day-to-day execution.
• Align delivery plans with account priorities, outcomes and growth opportunities.
• Shape opportunities by bringing delivery insight to scoping and governance.
• Serve as senior OneTrust delivery contact for partner-led programs.
• Coach teams on executive communication and stakeholder management.
• Share lessons learned and practical delivery patterns for improvement.
