Bolsover District Council is seeking a Grade 7 lead to take operational ownership of the Council’s corporate consultation and engagement programme, the Internal Satisfaction Programme, the corporate CRM and the Youth Council.

You will design and deliver multi-service consultations, provide authoritative advice to officers and members, lead equalities engagement and manage youth-led projects and associated grant applications.

Responsabilités

• Lead the design, delivery, analysis and reporting of statutory and non-statutory consultations.
• Own the Internal Satisfaction Programme from questionnaire design through to action-tracking and member reporting.
• Act as business owner for the corporate CRM and manage Youth Council initiatives.
• Facilitate the Equality Panel and oversee related Equality Impact Assessments.
• Produce clear findings and recommendations that inform service and policy decisions.
