LOCKROSE is seeking experienced Senior Project Managers to lead major transmission and distribution projects across the UK. The role requires delivering complex infrastructure safely, commercially, and to programme, with travel to project sites and hybrid working including a London base.

You will manage end-to-end delivery from development through handover, coordinating with clients, contractors and specialists to meet programme, budget and quality targets, and to build strong client

Qualifications

• Minimum seven years in the UK energy sector.
• Senior PM-level delivery of transmission/distribution projects.
• Experience with NEC3/NEC4 contracts and health & safety standards.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.

Responsabilités

• Lead the delivery of transmission and distribution projects to scope, programme and budget.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across engineering, procurement, commercial and construction functions.
• Manage project risks, interfaces, outages and critical programme activities.
• Monitor project costs, forecasts, change control and cash flow; ensure commercial objectives.
• Administer NEC3/NEC4 contracts, including change management and decision-making.
• Ensure health, safety, environmental and quality standards across project teams and supply chain.
• Build strong client relationships with stakeholders and network owners.
• Prepare and deliver project reporting on progress, programme, cost, risk and performance.
• Support project close-out activities and lessons learned.
