Job summary

LOCKROSE Limited is seeking an experienced Senior Planner to shape delivery of major transmission and distribution projects across the UK. The role requires strong UK energy sector know-how and a track record of developing, managing, and analysing complex programmes on substations, HV cables and overhead lines.

Qualifications

• Five years’ experience in the UK energy sector with clear project dates.
• Proven ability to develop and manage programmes for transmission/distribution projects.
• Experience across HV cables, OL and/or substations is desirable.
• Advanced Primavera P6 skills for schedule development and progress reporting.
• Strong project controls principles and multidisciplinary collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and manage detailed project schedules across the full lifecycle.
• Build logic-linked programmes reflecting scope, delivery strategy and constraints.
• Monitor progress and analyse performance against baselines.
• Identify critical path activities and potential delays.
• Support outages, access, long-lead equipment and major interfaces.
