A leading multinational law firm in London is seeking an experienced Energy & Infrastructure Lawyer with at least 5 years of post-qualification experience. The role involves working on cross-border projects in the energy sector, including oil & gas and renewable energy. Candidates from the UK or Commonwealth are encouraged to apply.
My client is a Top Tier multinational law firm seeking to strengthen their market-leading energy & infrastructure practice in London. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of post-qualification experience working in a team focused on transactions within the energy and infrastructure sectors.
You will collaborate with investors, developers, energy companies, lenders, and project owners on a variety of cross-border matters, including oil & gas, renewable energy, power, social, and public infrastructure projects in the UK and internationally.
This practice is sector-focused; therefore, your workload will encompass project development, financing, and M&A work, in collaboration with the firm’s various international offices.
