Job description

Construction Solicitor 4 -8 Years PQE, London, £95,000+ (DOE) – You will be joining a dynamic practice, gaining valuable experience across a wide range of construction matters while honing your expertise and advancing your professional development. JOB REF: 8812.


Responsibilities:

  1. Applications are sought from Construction Solicitors with between 4 -8 Years PQE from a recognised construction law practice.
  2. This impressive team advises clients at every stage of the construction life cycle, from planning and design through to successful completion, and every stage in between.
  3. You will deliver advice on a range of construction matters and projects for corporate and commercial organisations, lenders, institutional investors, developers, contractors, private healthcare providers, and HNW individuals.
  4. You will manage your own caseload, collaborating closely with partners and other departments on related matters.
  5. The work will be mostly advisory, but some experience in contentious matters would be advantageous.
  6. Competitive remuneration package on offer.
