The Opportunity

We have a fantastic opportunity for a permanent Energy & Controls Manager to join our Consulting Property team. With shared office space in Birmingham, Telford, Manchester, Sheffield, Scotland, and Bristol, we welcome applications from Energy Managers across the UK.

The Energy & Controls Manager will be responsible for analyzing current energy usage, identifying opportunities for improvement, and developing the operational energy management plan to ensure proper environmental conditions with cost-effective energy utilization. The successful candidate will join our existing team across the UK, providing support to our customers within a variety of portfolios.

Working in conjunction with our Advisory and Analytics colleagues, we ensure data-led solutions to maximise the efficiency of forward asset management plans. Together with our Sustainability Solutions colleagues, we help clients achieve their Net Zero ambitions.
