Job summary

Publicis Sapient in London is seeking a Product Manager focused on Endur-based solutions for energy and commodities trading. You will define the product vision, roadmaps, and collaborate with trading, risk and technology teams to deliver value.

You will gather requirements, write user stories, drive lifecycle from concept to launch, and monitor market trends while ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management, with Endur or ETRM experience.
• Strong knowledge of commodity trading and risk management.
• Experience turning business needs into technical requirements.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Endur implementations, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including trading, risk, and technology, to design and deliver high-impact Endur solutions.
• Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and development teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment on product priorities.
• Gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into actionable user stories and product features.
• Drive the full product lifecycle, from concept to launch to ongoing optimization, ensuring a seamless and valuable user experience.
• Monitor market trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies to continuously enhance the Endur product offering.
• Work with development teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of Endur enhancements and new features.
• Conduct user testing, feedback sessions, and data analysis to measure the success of Endur implementations and identify areas for improvement.
• Provide training and support to end users to maximize the adoption and effectiveness of Endur solutions.
