CLS Group is modernizing how technology is delivered to colleagues in London, moving toward Windows 11 and Microsoft Intune managed endpoints and launching a Technology Bar in our refurbished office. We seek a highly experienced Senior Desktop Support Engineer to be the senior technical voice in the End User Computing team.

This role blends hands-on support, endpoint engineering, technical leadership, hardware service capability, and project contribution.

Qualifications

Senior Desktop Support Engineer with experience in Windows 11, Intune and endpoint management.
Ability to lead escalations, mentor colleagues, set technical standards and drive service improvements.

Responsibilities

Desktop Support - senior escalations for Windows 11, Microsoft 365 collaboration technologies, meeting rooms, executive support and complex incidents.
Endpoint Engineering - Intune, Autopilot, application development, endpoint compliance, hardware standards and device lifecycle management.
Technology Leadership - mentoring engineers, leading investigations, improving documentation, and setting standards.
Continuous improvements & innovation - Technology Bar development, automation, Windows 11 rollout support and process optimization.
