Sherwood Forest Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting a Senior End User Device Engineer to lead the Second Line Engineers and ensure robust end-user device support across the Trust.

You will work with the EUD Support Manager to deliver high‑quality ICT service delivery, proactively addressing incidents and implementing improvements for the NHIS customer base and major local health projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Second Line Engineers team to deliver end-user device support.
• Ensure ICT service delivery and proactive incident management and escalation.
• Manage internal services and third‑party contracts to maintain high-quality patient care.
• Collaborate on major projects and programmes across NHIS and local health communities.
• Participate in on‑call management rota when required.
