Job summary

Sherwood Forest Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an End User Device Engineer to support the delivery of reliable IT services for the local health community. You will work within the Technical Solutions team to ensure devices and related systems meet clinical needs.

The role focuses on ownership of technical tasks, collaboration with clinicians and managers, and the delivery of projects that improve service efficiency and patient care through better information access.

Responsibilities

• Delivery of high quality technical activities across Local Health Community.
• Ownership and completion of tasks to ensure excellent customer service.
• Support the EUD Support Manager with development and delivery of technical activities.
• Lead role in delivery of major customer-focused projects and programmes.
• Work with clinicians and managers to identify opportunities to use technology to drive innovation and improvements in service provision.
