Job summary

Derbyshire County Council is seeking a Senior Enablement Support Worker for the Clay Cross START Team. You will mentor and guide enablement staff, promote best practices, and ensure high-quality care is delivered to clients with diverse needs.

The role includes completing three shifts (early, late, 9-5), access to the Local Government Pension Scheme, generous leave, and development opportunities. Travel expenses are paid and cycle to work schemes are available.
