Job summary

Showpad is seeking a Principal Enablement Advisor to lead the Enablement Advisory function, turning enablement consulting into a recurring services model that drives revenue and long-term client success. You will guide clients on enablement strategy, ROI optimization, and tailored solutions aligned with their business objectives, partnering with Sales and Professional Services to shape GTM initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Build and scale the Enablement Advisory services infrastructure to meet FY27 targets.
• Develop frameworks, assets and plays to define GTM strategy with customers.
• Own pricing and packaging strategy for the advisory offering.
• Conduct needs assessments and deliver ROI analyses for deals.
• Establish executive dashboards to demonstrate ROI of advisory services.
• Contribute to market-facing content to establish Showpad as a domain authority.
