Job summary

Multiverse, the upskilling platform for AI and Tech adoption, is hiring a Senior Manager, Coach & Instructor Enablement for a 14-month FTC. You will refine our delivery strategy and lead the team through the next growth stage, building a four-pillars Enablement Operations framework to support thousands of learners.

This role requires a strong operator who can influence across complex teams, define ownership, measures, and a clear roadmap, while delivering impact and maintaining pace with

Qualifications

• Proven track record balancing cross-functional priorities in high-volume environments.
• Strong program management and execution discipline.
• Fluent collaboration across teams you do not directly manage.
• Able to act decisively with incomplete information and manage risk.
• Data-driven with a bias for scalable processes.

Responsibilities

• Set pillar direction, owner, and success measures for enablement.
• Develop Enablement Operations and ensure on-time delivery to learners.
• Prioritize a single enablement roadmap with clear trade-offs.
• Collaborate with Learning, Operations, Quality and Delivery teams.
• Lead six specialists with regular coaching and performance reviews.
