About the role

We are looking to recruit a talented Employment Tax Senior Manager to join our growing tax team. Join us either in our new Birmingham office and play a pivotal role in shaping its success or in our established and fast growing Bristol office.

Description

Working with a diverse range of clients, from entrepreneurial owner-managed businesses to expanding corporates, you will work on a variety of interesting and challenging tax advisory projects.

An important part of this role will be developing junior team members into accomplished tax advisors. You will also support our business development activities as we continue to expand.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a wide range of Employment Tax advisory projects, including benefit and reward packages, international employments, NMW and CIS enquiries.
• Advise businesses on employment tax issues during acquisitions or sales, including signing off employment tax due diligence reports.
• Develop and coach trainees.
• Contribute to business development activities locally and across the firm.

You will also have the opportunity to participate in business strategy and contribute to the development of our employment tax services.

About You

• Appropriately qualified with experience in employment tax.
• Experience advising on international employments is desirable.
• CIS experience is not essential.
• Excellent communicator capable of building strong client relationships.
• Great growth coach who enjoys developing teams.
• Keen to contribute to the success and growth of Bishop Fleming.
